Upper & Lower Antelope Canyon
We spotted a heart shape <3! Can you see it?
Can you spot the face on the picture below?
Both Upper and Lower Antelope Canyon are fascinating. As picturesque as they may seem in the images above, the pictures don't do them justice. If you can, I highly recommend you visit both canyons; they are only 10 min apart from each other, but make sure you reserve your entrance to both online because it gets sold out pretty quickly (I'll put links down below of several different tour companies for you to check out).
The Upper Antelope is extremely popular because of the bright beams of light the sun produces at noon. However, it's extremely crowded and the tour can easily becomes a bit rushed due to the number of tourist walking in and out through the same route.
Meanwhile, the Lower Antelope was my favorite of the two because you decent by a metal stairway and exit through the other side, avoiding traffic coming back, giving you more time to appreciate the scenery without being rushed or bumping into other visitors; you experience the amazing sun light layers coming from the top hitting the sandstone, creating vivid colors in different patterns.
